2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the organizers, you will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the timing of your cancellation.
• Event Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the new event date being announced.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable if the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the event date.

3. How Refunds are Processed

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the approval of your cancellation request. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

4. No Show Policy

If you do not show up for the event and have not canceled your ticket in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Event Changes

The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or speakers without prior notice. In such cases, the event will proceed as planned unless there is a major change such as cancellation or rescheduling.
